The Villa - Villa Stenberg

This luxurious Villa is decorated with sophistication and offers a stunning view of the lake. With 230 square meters of living space and four bedrooms, it can easily fit up to 19 people. For larger groups, there is also a glamping cottage nearby, which provides two more bedrooms in 35 square meters for 12 people. Travel cots are available for families travelling with babies under two years old.

The Villa offers a kitchen that is ready to go, as well as a dining room with views of the lake and large dining table seating up to 14 people. For a one-of-a-kind dining experience, the large orangerie featuring a glass roof and walls can fit up to 30 people. Heat lamps are available to keep everyone warm from the beginning of spring to the end of autumn.

The living room is completely outfitted for comfort with a large flat-screen smart TV and sound system. Indoor sauna and jacuzzi, and outdoor hot tub, guarantee a relaxing experience all year round. The Villa has 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms.

The upstairs study room has plenty of space with a scenic lake view. The Villa is well suited for remote working and business meetings.

The Villa is an excellent place to host any type of event, including parties, weddings, and corporate functions. During the summer months Villa's large terrace area has tables for 100 individuals and is partly covered by a a large party tent. Furthermore, the Villa provides a beautiful view of the lake and is just a short 70 meters from the beach. Look at the entire range of amenities we provide for our visitors.

Villa sleeps 14 comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 19 people

Bedroom 1: 5 + 2 people. Three single beds and one bed with expandable bed frame converting into a queen bed. With foldable mattresses beds for two more persons.
Bedroom 2: 2 people. One queen bed
Bedroom 3: 3 + 2 people. Three single beds and one bed with expandable bed frame converting into a queen bed. With foldable mattresses beds for two more persons.
Bedroom 4: 2 people. One queen bed
Study room: 3 people. Sleeps three persons on foldable mattresses

Winter warm glamping cottage sleeps 4 comfortably, max capacity 8 persons

Included in the Villa's nightly rental price, our guests are welcome to use the 2-bedroom winter warm glamping cottage for accommodation.

Bedroom 1: 4 people. Two single beds and one bed with expandable bed frame converting into a queen bed.
Bedroom 2: 4 people. Queen bed and one bed with expandable bed frame converting into a queen bed.

Please note that the glamping cottage does not have an indoor toilet. An outdoor, biocompostable, odor-free outhouse is located next to the cottage.
